Daniel Armstrong, Ph.D., Director of the Mailman Center for Child Development, has been named the CTSI’s lifespan and special populations lead as he continues his collaborative work on the CTSA Lifespan Enterprise Committee, engaging individuals with disability in the research process. Dr. Armstrong is the founding director of the CTSI's master's program.
