The K12 Career Development Program provides a structured mentored scholars training program that charts a path to research independence for early stage clinical / translational researchers.
The CTSI K Program was previously known as the Mentored Translational Research Scholars Program Award (KL2) during fiscal years 2019-2023. View previous KL2 graduates and scholars.
Aims
- Administer a rigorous Mentored Translational Research Scholars Program – KL2 for scholars from different disciplines to develop the skills needed to become independent clinical/translational investigators.
- Immerses scholars in culturalized research training and mentoring.
