What is your current role?
I’m currently the Manager of Business Process Analytics for the Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI). My job involves working with research data— organizing it, analyzing it, and creating visualizations that help executives make informed decisions. A big part of what I do focuses on research recruitment and feasibility, as well as finding creative ways to tackle roadblocks that can slow down the research process. I’m also in graduate school, working on a Master’s in Clinical and Translational Investigation (MSCTI). I decided to pursue this degree to build on my knowledge of research and find new ways to make an even bigger impact in my role.

What are you passionate about?
I’m very passionate about my golf game (recent league club champ!)

What makes you laugh out loud?
My wife and family. They all have incredible senses of humor.

What are you curious about?
I’ve always wanted to build a classic car, and I recently bought one with plans to restore it myself. I’m a fan of Tim “The Toolman” Taylor. I want to learn about engines and welding.

What is the most physically challenging thing you have ever done?
The Spartan Super obstacle race in North Florida. It was very wet and cold.

With your current life experience, what is something you would tell your younger self?
READ!!

What is a place you would like to visit and why?
I will be visiting Scotland this year, and I am looking forward to it because it is the birthplace of golf.
