K12 Scholars Come Together to Share Ideas and Build Peer Connections

Alan Pollack, M.D., Ph.D., Director of the Sylvester K12 Calabresi Program, and Tatjana Rundek, M.D., Ph.D., Director of the Miami CTSI K12 Program, welcomed past and current scholars from both programs to a joint networking luncheon on March 11. The informal gathering provided an opportunity for scholars to connect, share insights into their current work, and explore potential future collaborations. Participants expressed enthusiasm about learning from their peers and valued the engaging conversations. The establishment of this peer mentoring network marks the first of many initiatives aimed at strengthening connections and collaboration among K12 scholars.
