K12 Career Development Program

The Miami CTSI K12 Career Development Program provides early‑stage investigators with advanced training, mentorship, and career development in Clinical and Translational Science. Over two years, Scholars receive personalized training in core CTS competencies, collaborative mentoring from experienced researchers and community partners, and structured support to accelerate their transition to independent research careers.

Building on a successful Mentored Translational Research Scholars Program – KL2 from 2019-2023, this program equips investigators with the skills, guidance, and resources needed to lead impactful translational research that improves health outcomes in our community.
