The Institutional Career Development (KL2) program provides a structured mentored scholars training program that charts a path to research independence for early stage clinical / translational researchers.
Aims
- Administer a rigorous Mentored Translational Research Scholars Program – KL2 for scholars from different disciplines to develop the skills needed to become independent clinical/translational investigators.
- Immerses scholars in culturalized research training and mentoring.

Connection for Research Career Enhancement is a professional network of K and K-like scholars created to advance the research careers of early stage investigators through information exchange, networking, group learning, and mentorship.
