Building a Team of Mentors for Success Was Spotlight of February Connection Gathering

One of the key components of a successful company or organization is its board of directors. The board oversees activities, provides guidance and, overall, acts in the best interest of the organization’s members or a company’s shareholders. Having a personal board of directors in the form of mentors can be just as important in advancing career development, according to Greg Austin, M.D., M.P.H., Director of Junior Faculty Development at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
