Spring CTSA Program Meeting Recap
The Spring 2018 CTSA Program in Washington, D.C.
More than 300 CTSA Program members including researchers, educators and scientists from more than 50 hubs across the country gathered in Washington, D.C., on April 18 and 19 for the 2018 Spring CTSA Program Meeting.
The goal of the consortium meeting was for hubs to share knowledge and present their collaborative innovation projects. These demonstrations of team science embody the mission of the CTSA program.
The new director of the Division of Clinical Innovation at NCATS, Michael Kurilla, M.D., Ph.D., was introduced and relayed his vision for the CTSA Program. Dr. Kurilla hopes to see the advances in science and medicine as a guiding force for the future of the CTSA Program.
