Translational Workforce Development

The goal of the Translational Workforce Development program of the Miami CTSI is to offer a wide range of interdisciplinary clinical and translational research education, training, career development, and mentoring opportunities to expose researchers and study personnel to the principles of translational science and the standards of good clinical research practice.

Some of the opportunities include a research boot camp, short courses, grant writing workshops, workforce development activities, graduate programs in clinical and translation science and CTSI Mentored Translational Research Scholars Program (KL2) Award.

Network of Clinical Research Professionals

The Network of Clinical Research Professionals is an organization that offers networking opportunities and activities to enhance education, training and career development for research support staff. To find out about future meetings and events, click here.

Eureka Institute International Certificate Program in Translational Medicine

The International Certificate Program in Translational Medicine is hosted by the Eureka Institute for Translational Medicine, whose mission is to train and mentor new professionals in translational science. The Miami Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) hosts an annual internal competition to sponsor faculty to attend the Eureka Institute International Certificate Program in Translational Medicine. The Connection

The Connection is a new research social network created by the CTSI to advance the research careers of early stage investigators through (1) information exchange, (2) networking, (3) group learning, and (4) mentorship required for team science.
