Research Education, Training and Career Development
The goal of the Research Education, Training and Career Development program of the Miami CTSI is to offer a wide range of interdisciplinary clinical and translational research education, training, career development, and mentoring opportunities to expose researchers and study personnel to the principles of translational science and the standards of good clinical research practice.
In line with the Miami CTSI mission, these opportunities will ultimately expand and diversify the research workforce seeking to focus on addressing health care disparities and culturally appropriate research methods.
Some of the opportunities include a research boot camp, short courses, grant writing workshops, work force development activities, graduate programs in clinical and translation science and CTSI Mentored Translational Research Scholars Program (K12) Award.
